Refunds, delivery and terms

Delivery

The Shaadi Sheet is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. Right after payment you get a download link on screen and by email, with the Google Sheets copy link, the Excel file and the PDF guide. If the email does not arrive within an hour, check spam, then write to diyaanddot.shop@gmail.com.

Refunds

If the planner does not work for you (it won't open, a formula misbehaves, something is missing), write to us within 7 days of purchase. We'll try to fix it first; if we can't, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't refund a change of mind once the files have been downloaded. Duplicate payments, or files that never reach you, are refunded in full.

Licence

One purchase is for one family's use: you can use it for your wedding and share your copy with the family members helping you. Please don't resell it, upload it to template sites, or share the files publicly.

Estimates only

The calculator and the planner help you plan. They don't give financial advice, and real vendor prices will differ from any estimate.
